Measures to reduce noise and vibration of air conditioning systemDate:2020-02-27

In the operation of air conditioning system, the equipment and air duct will produce huge noise, which will make people fidgety and affect people's working mood and health for a long time, so it is necessary to reduce and eliminate these noises. The following is a brief introduction of some measures to reduce noise and vibration of the air conditioning system for your reference:
1、 Noise source of air conditioning system
Noise of equipment in cold and heat exchange room, air conditioning room and fan room;
1. Noise of water pump, refrigerator, fan and other equipment;
2. Mechanical equipment such as pumps and ventilators produce vibration, which is transmitted to the room through the building structure and solid components, causing air vibration and noise.
2、 Available technical measures
In order to control the noise within the allowable noise range, the most important thing is to control the noise source, eliminate or reduce the above noise sources into the room, mainly from three aspects to eliminate the system noise, one is water pump, air treatment The vibration isolation of the fan, fan and end coil and the vibration prevention of the pipeline; the second is to eliminate the air flow noise of the air duct system; the third is the sound absorption of the enclosure structure of the refrigeration room and the air conditioning room.
The following measures can be taken to eliminate noise and vibration:
1. Isolation measures for equipment in cold and heat exchange room, air conditioning room and fan room:
1.1 water pump and fan shall adopt reasonable speed;
1.2 water pump, air processor and fan shall be equipped with matched damping pad;
1.3 make inert block for water pump.
2. Shock absorption measures for pipeline system installation:
Anti vibration measures of air conditioning system are various. Vibration isolation between rotating machinery and equipment and foundation is the primary measure. However, this kind of vibration may also be transmitted to the building through the connected air pipes and water pipes, so it is also very important to adopt soft joints and other vibration reduction measures during the installation of pipes. Specifically, the following measures are adopted:
 2.1 soft joint shall be set at the water pump and equipment water connection to reduce the transmission of machine equipment noise;
 2.2 when air pipes and water pipes pass through walls and floors, flexible materials shall be used to fill between pipes and tunnel walls to reduce vibration and sound insulation;
 2.3 if necessary, vibration reduction measures shall be taken for pipe supports and hangers (such as spring supports and hangers or rubber rings shall be padded on supports and hangers) to eliminate the transmission of vibration and noise.
