Flame retardant damping material发布日期:2020-02-12

Butyl rubber is a green and environmentally friendly elastic damping body formed by isobutylene and a small amount of polymerization.

Because a large number of symmetric methyl groups are symmetrically distributed on the main chain of its macromolecules, the internal friction of the chain segment increases, and the internal friction also increases correspondingly, which is the structural basis of butyl rubber as damping materials. With the development of science and technology, people pay more and more attention to safety, especially in the case of indoor airtight places, people also put forward higher requirements for the flame retardant, environmental protection and safety of the materials used. Because the main components of butyl rubber are carbon, hydrogen and other elements, it is flammable, which limits the use of butyl rubber in many airtight occasions.

Based on butyl rubber, it is mainly composed of additive flame retardants such as inorganic flame retardant system and nitrogen phosphorus flame retardant system. Under the flame retardant system, the flame retardant effect of butyl rubber is mainly composed of fillers with large specific heat capacity, which are nonflammable. The heat storage and thermal conductivity of the fillers make the materials unable to reach the decomposition temperature or the flame retardant absorbs heat through thermal decomposition, so as to slow down the temperature rise When the temperature reaches the critical temperature, oxyhydrogen decomposes, and the combined water is separated by steam, which can dilute the temperature of combustible gas Degree, this process is an endothermic process, so it can play a role in cooling.
